Terms of Service for Scrolvo

1. Acceptance

By using Scrolvo you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. Services

Scrolvo provides an online teleprompter, browser-based video recording, media helpers, script templates, and AI writing tools (script generation, captions, extraction). You may use them for personal or commercial work if you comply with applicable law.

3. Responsibilities and AI safety

• Provide accurate account information when registering.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not use AI features to create explicit, sexual, pornographic, erotic, NSFW, or adult-intimate text.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.

We may refuse generation requests, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates this policy.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of scripts, recordings, and files you create. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service. Our software, design, and site content remain ours.

5. Payments

Some features are free with limits. Paid plans (when enabled) are billed through our payment provider. Sales are final unless a plan or law requires otherwise.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Scrolvo is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or for data loss caused by technical issues.

7. Termination and changes

We may suspend access for Terms violations. We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means you accept the revised version.
